A manager plays an important role in planning a work plan, supervise and take decisions to achieve the result of a job. But we need to be aware; employees also have contributed to the achievement of the target of a job. Has morale and work optimally on your employees, would provide the ease and speed up the completion of work assigned to them. You do not need to stress at work anymore because it is still much work left to be the responsibility of the division that you are leading. But you can rely on your staff now.

In this case, a manager is not seen only success in achieving the target with satisfactory results but also how to be a leader who respected and appreciated by employees. Achieving work quickly and satisfactory results for the 1st period, but further work be a trend graph to decline, of course this is not a good thing. You need to know what its causes. 1. Understand the characteristics of each employee
Without having to reduce the authority as a manager, you can interact with employees. In this way, you can understand how the nature of your employees and how to control them. By understanding the character of employees, you make it easier for a manager to work with them and it also will provide compactness fellow employees.

2. Listen to your employees' opinions.
In the time leading meetings that discuss issues of work, try to give a chance to listen to their opinions. Offer them the opportunity to speak and ask their opinion. It could be their opinion is the best solution in solving problems on a job. Respect their opinions even though the decision remains in your hand as a manager.


3. Positive Thinking
Stay positive thinking in facing a problem job. In this way, you can think and determine appropriate solutions. This viewpoint must be owned by a good manager. This could have implications also for employees that you can be relied upon as a leader. Apply this perspective in every time as a leader or face the problem of employment.


4. Cover the weaknesses of your employees
If there are things that hinder the work you assign to your employees, do not jump to blame that they had made a mistake or incompetent work that led to constrained a job. Just looking for whom to blame and then immediately scold them, it would not solve the problem at hand. But give a solution to overcome the problem of the job. This is the role that needs to be run by a good manager. Managers can accomplish what employees can’t do. Your employees will salute you.


5. Control your emotions
Don’t immediately scold or yelled at employees when they make mistakes. It would only make them down. Give them a chance to make amends. The corrections of their mistakes will make them look inward and try to correct mistakes and can learn of the mistake. You also can help them by providing a way to make amends.

6. Give praise for work performance
Don’t hesitate to give praise to employees for job performance. It is a common for every person entitled to an appreciation of achievements. It gives a positive impact for the next job. They assume that manager has noticed and appreciated their hard work. Praise or appreciation from the manager will make them feel valued in front of you and they will try to maintain performance.

7. Enjoy the time outside of work
Spend time outside of working hours with your employees. Maybe at a certain moment, you can relax or buy them beers at the bar. This adds insight into how to communicate with employees and can increase employee morale.


8. Do not authoritarian
Perhaps the manager had heard the old rule of:
“Chapter I`: The leader is always right.”
“Chapter II: If the leader makes a mistake, go back to chapter I.
This does not apply to become a good manager. Authoritarian leadership will make none morale. There was only the employees think that you as a manager scary. This will make the creativity and initiative of employees to be limited. And you will be shunned by your employees.
