Some
companies are forced to lay off employees due to the condition of a company that
is not possible, or some forced laid-off employees because they can’t meet the performance
requirements demanded by the company.
When you
lose your job, you probably will feel the loss of some structure activity that have
become part of the day - your day, e.g. morning activities which are no longer struggling
with the congestion you feel. Do not feel stressed or depressed. Many things you
can do to fill your time, if compared to the time when you are consumed by the
work piling up.
1. Make some new plans
Make a
list of activities that previously have not had time to do. Determine the
outcome you want to achieve from the activity. When you are able to determine
the direction, you will be better able to accomplish the tasks that will bring
you destination is.
2. Make a record of daily activities
Make a
priority which should you do first to make your life direction and also avoid
the stress that comes again. Always make a list of your activities for the days
that followed, it helps you stay consistent every day.
3. Set up your own office hours
Office
hours when you work here is not it time for you to find a new job. Create a
special time for after finish CV and all the accessories for the purpose of
applying for new jobs. Things like this also is the 'work' full time that can’t
be done with another job at a time when the same time. Make sure your homework
is done, if you already have children make sure their interests are met so that
you do not feel disturbed later.
4. Take a rest
Do not
think you're just looking for a job that can be done via the internet then you
do not feel tired, this activity would be more energy consuming than you work
in an office. Conducting research on whether or not a job that will fit your
need apply seriousness. Give rest to your body; do not push your power just
because you want to immediately get a new job.
5. Take advantage of existing media
If you
can’t focus at home, you can use the search center of the local workforce as
your office or library. Join in a group / mail-list; browse the Internet, a
list of job seekers in the media like Jobstreet.com, or through newspapers
which includes job vacancies. All kinds of media you can use to find work.
6. Do not despair
Eliminate
your pessimistic nature. Work will not come by itself without any effort. Keep
trying and believe that you are able to get through everything.
